Our Service Pledge:
We respond to all orders within 24 hours. All items are securely packaged and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Free, worldwide shipping on all items, which will be carefully packed, and shipped fully insured.
Return Policy:
If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less a restocking fee as stated in our Terms Of Sale.
- The item must be shipped back to us within 3 days of the agreement to accept its return.
- The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with any identifying marks intact.
- We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
- The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise.
- After we have verified the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days.
Restocking Fee:
There is a 20% restocking fee on all items returned.
Other Information:
Payment is due within 12 days of the Purchase Order. On-line payment is due within 3 days of the Purchase Order.
We accept on-line payments via bank transfer; www.pppay.com; and Paypal from a confirmed address.
Terms of Layaway:
A non-refundable deposit of 34% is required initially, followed by two, monthly, payments of 33% each.
i.e. A 34% down payment, followed by 33% one month later, and a final payment of 33% two months after the initial payment.
These terms may be flexible on more expensive items, and for repeat customers.
When the deposit is received, your item will be placed on hold for you, and shipped upon receipt of the final, cleared, payment.
If your item is partially paid for and the second or third payment is not received within 30 days of its due date, the monies already paid will be forfeited.
